Customer demand: In the online recycling stage, the waste edge is lighter than the granular material, which will result in the uneven feeding of the screw.    Customers are the designated suppliers of Coca Cola and have high requirement for product quality. Therefore, they ask us to solve this problem.

Improvement for this requirement: We have tried four plans and finally add a small pre-melting screw. The wastagewill be semi-plasticized first, and then extruded into the extruder so as to achieve the even feeding pressure.

Customer feedback: Customers’ problem was successfully solved and they purchased a new high-speed stretch film machine in the next year.

Algeria

This small plastic cup has a story about Jianda’s credit and service.

This Algerian customer bought one of our plastic cup production lines. Due to the misunderstanding in the early communication, the final mould did not meet customers’ demand and the customer was not satisfied. We made modifications to themould and arranged for delivery for the first time. However, we found that the modified mould was still unable to meet customer requirements. Considering credit first principle, we decided to reproduce the mould and deliver it to our customers at our expense.The cost of this modification and reproduction accounted for 30% of the total value of the machine.

In the end, the mould we re-produced met customer’s requirement and our responsible attitude completely refreshed the customer's view of us. Later, this customer not only offered to become the exclusive agent in Algeria, but also we almost occupied the Algerian market since then. There is a possibility of 80% that the coffee cup in your hand may come from the equipment of Jianda Company if you have a chance to go to Algeria and have a cup of coffee.

It is a trading company in India. We got familiar with him at the Canton Fair. Later we sold our first stretch film machine to him through promotional letter.

He continuously bought 7 stretch film machines in the next year and found that the upgrade advice he wanted could always be found in advance on the next machine.

In this way, the customer was shocked by the speed of our technological progress and perfect after-sales service, took the initiative to come to us, signed the contract of general agency in India.

This customer has been cooperating with us up to now and we have kept close cooperation. We have worked together to sell more than 80 sets of equipment within 7 years. Our sales team in India has developed from the 2 persons at the beginning to more than 10 persons now. In 2014, a 24-hour running production machine exhibition hall was set up in India,funded by customers. All the equipment on display came from our company. In 2018, customers expanded the exhibition hall to their own new factory and the machines used all came from Jianda.
